Refund policy
Everything we sell is a digital download. Unhinged Kitchen is a PDF cookbook, delivered by email the moment you check out. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.
Because the file is delivered instantly, all sales are final once it has been downloaded. That said, we are not in the business of keeping nine dollars from someone who is unhappy. If any of the following happens, email us and we will fix it or refund you:
- Your download link never arrived, or it will not open
- The file is damaged or will not load on your device
- You were charged twice, or bought the same guide by accident
- You were charged for something you did not order
How to ask. Email hello@thecomfortableclub.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Most problems are solved by sending you a fresh link.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company can take up to 10 business days to post it.
The free Starter Pack. It costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If your copy did not arrive, email us and we will send it again.
